Five stars for Federica. Had my car serviced 5/5/26 and needed front tyre issue and oil leak checked out. When i picked up the car i wanted written detail about the front end components as i was told the tyre issue was a wheel alignment problem . I asked for that in writing so i could take that to a tyre place. Federica did an excellent job of trying to explain this and twice went into her managers office to get him to come out and support her in the explanation. On both occassions she said he was on his way , but i guess he had better things to do. Well done Federica , she did her best without her manager supporting during direct conversation
