I want to share both my appreciation and my concern regarding my recent experience with Mazda. First, I sincerely thank the team at the Mawson Lakes branch. Even though I purchased my car from Reynella, the Mawson Lakes team treated me with genuine care and professionalism. They were very accommodating, took the time to understand my situation, and did everything they could to help fix my car. What really stood out to me was their effort to arrange a brand new loan car while mine was being repaired—this shows real customer service and respect. You can feel they actually care about their customers. However, my experience with the Reynella branch was the complete opposite, and honestly, it was very disappointing and frustrating. I felt like there was no genuine concern for my situation at all. It seemed like the staff didn’t know how to properly assist me, and instead of trying to resolve the issue, I was simply passed along without clear guidance or support. As a customer, that feeling of being dismissed is not acceptable. Alhamdulillah, the Mawson Lakes team stepped in and resolved my case—but it shouldn’t have reached that point in the first place. I am raising this concern in the hope that the main Mazda management can address the inconsistency in customer service between branches. No customer should feel ignored or unsupported, especially when dealing with something as important as their vehicle. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers won’t go through the same frustrating experience I had. I would also appreciate being contacted regarding this matter, as I believe accountability and improvement are very important. Thank you again to Mawson Lakes for restoring my trust—but I hope Reynella takes this as a wake-up call.

He made sure that I completely understood what I was signing in to, he made sure to answer all my questions and made sure that I was satisfied with the car.
